The idyllic life of Franz Eberhofer, a provincial policeman from Lower Bavaria, is in danger. This is less due to the fact that the village's well-known webcam girl has been murdered - Franz tackles this case with his usual deep relaxation.

Now, of all times, his pushy but always helpful co-investigator Rudi is in a wheelchair after an accident and naturally blames Franz for it. When Rudi then also takes up residence on the farm and expects all-round care from Franz, the first dark clouds begin to gather in paradise.

But Eberhofer's peace and quiet is really threatened by permanent friend Susi, who has allied herself with Franz's hated brother Leopold in order to build a double family house with a communal sauna next to the farm - which also goes against the grain for Papa Eberhofer.

And as if village life with a rebellious motorcycle gang and marijuana meatballs wasn't colorful enough, Franz also has to discover that his friends Simmerl and Flötzinger were regular customers of the murder victim.
